Overview
Set up percentage or fixed-amount discounts, link them to specific products or categories, and define validity windows so promotions apply automatically at checkout.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Promos from the sidebar
- 2Click Create Promo
- 3Enter the promo name and select the discount type (percentage or fixed)
- 4Set the discount value
- 5Choose eligible products or categories
- 6Set the start and end dates
- 7Activate the promo
Tips
- Promos apply automatically at POS when the customer qualifies
- Expired promos are archived — you can reactivate them anytime
