Overview
Products is your master repository of everything you sell. Create products once here with standardised pricing and details, then register them to individual branch inventories.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Products from the sidebar
- 2Click Add Product
- 3Select the product type: Physical, Food, Service, or Medicine
- 4Enter the product name, description, and category
- 5Set the base cost price and base selling price
- 6Add a barcode or SKU (highly recommended for fast checkout)
- 7Upload product images
- 8Click Save
Tips
- Base prices here are defaults — you can override per-branch in Inventory
- Adding barcodes makes scanning at POS instant
- Categories help with reporting and filtering in Quick Sale
