Overview
Handle customer returns quickly and accurately. Look up the original order, select returned items, choose the refund method, and restore stock automatically.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Returns from the sidebar
- 2Click New Return
- 3Search for the original order by order number or customer name
- 4Select the items being returned and the quantity
- 5Choose the refund method (cash, mobile money, store credit)
- 6Confirm and process — stock is automatically restocked
Tips
- Stock is automatically adjusted when a return is processed
- Returns are linked to the original order for clean reporting
