Overview

Keep a record of all your customers, track their purchase history, and use customer profiles at checkout for loyalty and personalised service.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. 1Navigate to Customers from the sidebar
  2. 2Click Add Customer to create a new profile
  3. 3Enter the customer's name, phone number, and email
  4. 4Save — the customer is now available at POS checkout
  5. 5Click any customer to view their full purchase history
  6. 6Use the search bar to quickly find an existing customer

Tips

  • Attaching customers at checkout builds purchase history automatically
  • Customer data can be exported for marketing campaigns
