Overview
Keep a record of all your customers, track their purchase history, and use customer profiles at checkout for loyalty and personalised service.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Customers from the sidebar
- 2Click Add Customer to create a new profile
- 3Enter the customer's name, phone number, and email
- 4Save — the customer is now available at POS checkout
- 5Click any customer to view their full purchase history
- 6Use the search bar to quickly find an existing customer
Tips
- Attaching customers at checkout builds purchase history automatically
- Customer data can be exported for marketing campaigns
