Inventory Logs records every stock change — sales, restocks, adjustments, and transfers — with timestamps and the user who made the change. Essential for auditing.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Inventory Logs from the sidebar
- 2Use the date range filter to scope your search
- 3Filter by branch to see branch-specific movements
- 4Filter by movement type: sale, restock, adjustment, or transfer
- 5Click any log entry for full details
- 6Export logs as CSV for auditing or accounting

- Use this page to investigate unexpected stock discrepancies
- All POS sales and returns automatically create log entries
