Overview

Inventory ties your catalog products to specific branches with actual stock counts, branch-specific pricing, and reorder thresholds. Products must be registered here before they appear in POS.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. 1Navigate to Inventory from the sidebar
  2. 2Select your branch from the dropdown
  3. 3Click Register Product to add items to this branch
  4. 4Search and select a product from your catalog
  5. 5Set the branch-specific selling price (optional — defaults to catalog price)
  6. 6Enter the initial stock quantity
  7. 7Set the reorder point (low-stock alert threshold)
  8. 8Set the minimum stock level
  9. 9Click Register

Tips

  • Products won't appear in POS until registered to the branch inventory
  • Reorder alerts show on the Overview page when stock hits the threshold
  • You can bulk-import inventory via CSV from the Inventory page
