Overview
Branches represent physical store locations. All products, inventory, staff, and POS devices are organised by branch, enabling multi-location management from a single account.
Step-by-Step Guide
- 1Navigate to Branches from the sidebar
- 2Your Main Branch was created automatically — click Edit to update it
- 3Enter the branch name, address, and phone number
- 4Set operating hours
- 5Save
- 6Click Add Branch to create additional locations
Tips
- Your Main Branch is always available — rename it to match your business
- Each branch has its own inventory, staff, and POS devices
